Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 2 days from the receipt of the shipment for a full refund voucher or refund as cash with purchase details and document such as your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail while asking for return.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, and the merchandise should be in the same condition as when received and please note that claim should be genuine.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please send us with documental / information support and reasonable comment, and just contact us through e-mailing at [email protected] Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and credit will be issued within 3-4 business days from receiving.

Credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, debit card, PayPal account or original method of payment within 7 days.

You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.

Gift cards and online gift certificates are not eligible for return. Obligation on you to retain original documents

IT IS YOUR OBLIGATION TO RETAIN THE ORIGINAL RECIPTS OF THE RETURN-DESPATCH TO ANNA GROUP AND ITS DELIVERY ACKNOWLEDGMENT, TILL THE REFUND IS GRANTED TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
