Recipe:
Mango Pickle:
Marinate 1 kg of sliced mango with 5 teaspoon Saras Pickle Powder along with salt and keep aside in a pan. Boil some oil and crackle mustard. Add sliced ginger, garlic, green chilly, and curry leaves and salt. Add marinated mango to it, and it will. It can be used on the next day.
Note: Lemon, Gooseberry rind of nutmeg, bitter guard etc. can be prepared in the same method.
