Saras Easy Palappam Podi 500 gm

Method of preparation : Mix 4 tablespoon Sugar (56.7g), Salt to taste, 31/2 to 4 cup (700 ml to 850ml) lukewarm water and 1/2 kg Saras Easy Palappam Podi in a mixie to make a lump free batter and keep aside. After 1 hour delicious palappam can be prepared. Fermentation period may very according to the room temperature (20 degree c to 25 degree c). This packet is sufficient for making approximately 30-35 easy palappams.
