Saras Roasted Rava 500 gm

Saras Uppumma Method of preparation: Heat oil and splutter 1 teaspoon Mustard, 1/4 cup of chopped big onion, 1 teaspoonof Bengal gram dhal, 1 teaspoon of Black gram dhal till golden brown. Add 1/4 teaspoon of chopped Ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of chopped Green chilly and few Curry leaves. Then add finely chopped Carrot and 1 teaspoon of boiled Green peas and fry. Add 2 cups (400ml) of water, required salt, and one teaspoon of Ghee to prepared mix and allow to boil. Add 1 cup (200gm) Saras roasted Rava to it with constant stirring and cook for 2 minutes, Raisins & Cashew nuts can be added if required.
