How to Cook : Step 1 : Add 1 cup of Saras Idli podi mix to 1 1/2 cups of water and stir well ti make a smooth batter. Note : Grind 1/5 cup of boiled rice in a mixture grinder and add to the batter for softer idlis. Step 2 : Keep this mix aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and pour it on an idli stand. Step 3 : Place this idli stand in an idli cooker and stream it for around 5 minutes. Hot Saras Idli is now ready to serve.
