Method Of Preparation:
Mix 1 kg meat pieces with 25 gram each of ginger, garlic, green chilly,1 cup of chopped onion and salt to taste with 4 tablespoon Saras Meat Masala, little water and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Cook this mixture in a pressure cooker till the meat is soft. Seasoning with mustard and curry leaves in little oil. Serve it hot.
