All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be delivered within 5-7 working days after processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
www.kitexlifestyle.com is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the tax authorities.

We currently do not ship outside the India.
You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have
processed (packed) it, by contacting at ecom@annagroup.net/ Ph: 0484 2680600.
You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse Website. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
